Let Evidence Go First
Let a real launch establish readiness, and let a checklist keep progress inspectable.
Two engineering changes narrow the distance between a statement and its evidence. Installing a browser environment does not establish that a page will open. The revised preparation flow puts an actual headless launch and page read before “ready”; the repair was merged after checks passed for its corresponding commit.
The other change generates a workflow checklist from existing records. State, evidence, blockers and next actions appear together, so a reader can keep asking what supports a task. The checklist makes records easier to inspect. It does not change their underlying state, and a tidy display cannot establish that every task is complete.
These changes do not yet answer how every real environment will behave over time. Merge records and check results are the parts that can be inspected here. Correct deployment and failure boundaries still need their own acceptance. Leaving those gaps visible gives progress somewhere honest to continue.
