My research centers on Peptide AI: how we represent peptides, learn across their sequences and structures, and connect those representations to useful predictions. Selected molecular AI and methods work complements that focus.
I joined Syneron Bio at a very early stage as an Algorithm Team Leader in July 2022, and became AIDD Director in November 2024.
This site brings together selected research, public project notes, and room for writing beyond work.
I also enjoy travel and films. Those notebooks will grow as I add my own entries.
