Keep the Path Clear

Looking back on this day, the difficult part of tending the website was not adding a few more sentences. It was deciding what should stay. Older records have their own dates, and each new change needs its own place. Mix them together and the page may feel busier while becoming harder to follow.

I want to leave a path that someone else can continue along. A reader should be able to see where a piece of writing comes from and how far it goes. Where the work remains unfinished, a blank should not be mistaken for an answer.
